Fostering a comfortable, safe, stress-free environment for pet and parent is a priority to me. I will always attentive of each pet's needs.

 

My grooming style is Humanity Over Vanity . Simply put, I would not stress your pet to prioritize looks. I will  most definitely customize your pet's haircut in any way you prefer, however, I will always advocate for your pet and prioritize their safety and well-being.

 

This will display itself in various cases. For instance, if your pet is more than halfway covered in tangles and you insist to have them brushed to oblivion to maintain the length, I will likely refuse within reason. Some matting is okay and can be safely brushed or spot shaved, etc,  but if your particular pet is distressed during the process, I simply cannot justify it. I will inform and encourage proper home maintenance and maybe recommend booking closer appointments, if possible.

Likewise, if you have a senior pet, you are aware how delicate they become with age. Having a 10 year old pet myself, I can attest to arthritis and declining vision. In these cases, it is my belief that It is best to move at a slower pace and work within their comfort zone, in effort to keep the stress low and the trust high.

 

I find joy in being able to meet all different kinds of dogs and cats of different ages, breeds, personality quirks, sizes and shapes!

Being a lifelong pet owner myself, I know the feeling of wanting your pets in the best care available. Someone that you can trust will treat your pet with knowledgeable experienced respect.

 

I intend for neat paws to serve as a staple in your pet's care regimen. you maintain the coat to the best of your ability and I'll do the heavy lifting, or "heavy cutting" if you will.

My vision with Neat Paws Grooming is to cooperate with pet parents by building a relationship with you and your pet, understanding their quirks, keeping you informed and deliver a personal style of your choosing .
